If you need to return an item, please review our straightforward policy below.

Policy Overview

  • Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date.
  • Condition: All items must be returned in new, unused, and unfired condition with all original packaging and accessories.
  • Authorization Required: You must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any item back. Returns received without an RMA will not be accepted.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns. This fee covers processing and inspection costs.
  • Exchanges: We are happy to facilitate an exchange for a different item at no additional charge, provided the returned item meets the above conditions.
  • Defective Items: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, contact us immediately. We will replace the item at no cost to you once the defect is verified.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the process, email our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide your RMA number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to our Mesa facility. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective.
