Prohibited Persons & Eligibility
We will not knowingly sell any product to a person prohibited by law from possessing firearms or ammunition. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals convicted of a felony, those subject to a restraining order, fugitives from justice, unlawful users of controlled substances, and individuals adjudicated as mentally defective. You represent and warrant that you are legally eligible to purchase and possess the items you order.
Payment & Order Terms
All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at the time of order. Prices are subject to change without notice. Polymer80 Slide reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, inability to verify information, or inventory discrepancies. Firearm purchases will only be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder of your choice for completion of the mandatory background check.

The Polymer80 Slide name, logo, website content, product designs, and all associated materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Polymer80 Slide and Travis Holt. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any copyrighted or trademarked material is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polymer80 Slide, its owner Travis Holt, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
